A good villa in a beautiful location with views down to the sea. It is a 30 drive down to Nice but the local villages have shops and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. The beds need improving though if I was to stay again.  From Renters from Sidcup Kent UK August 2008.      Rating 4 out of 5.                   Owner's Comment : Beds have been changed and we now have free wifi

We had a lovely 2 weeks at the property at St Jeannet, The property was clean, well maintained and it is a good base to get to the Riviera resorts like Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Monaco even Italy ! Beautiful surroundings, lovely local villages. The little restaurant in the Place de L'eglise in La Gaude was great (they don't take credit cards !) Good food ! You must book if you want to go there on Friday nights ! But do try it for lunch too ! Pool was great ! and the kids loved it ! Plenty of books and games to keep us all occupied in the evenings. We had a good rest, and a great holiday !    From Renters from London UK    Summer 2011.       Rating 5 out of 5.

We had a wonderful holiday in St Jeannet in 2007 and returned again this year. The location was just what we wanted; a typical French hilltop village about 1 kilometre away BUT also the cosmopolitan Riviera attractions an easy drive. So we were able to stay in the villa when we just wanted to relax by the pool, drink some wine and play boule but we could also drive to Cannes, Nice and Monaco on the 3 days when we felt more energetic. The views from the property towards the sea are superb and we also climbed to the top of the nearby Baou from where we could see Corsica. We ate in the Vieux Four pizzeria in the village and also found a couple of excellent friendly restaurants in nearby Vence (Le Pigeonnerie and Clemenceau). The interior of the villa was clean and comfortable; there was no TV (but there was a DVD player and DVDs) or airconditioning but we knew that in advance and we guess the price reflected that. We would recommend, with the proviso that a rental car would be desirable to get the most out of the surrounding area (there are so many places to visit). We go regular to St Jeannet because not too many tourists there and very good situation. The Villa Hardy is nice peaceful place who has good views to the sea. I would surely recommend for people who want a holiday to relax. But also lots of walks around and the opportunity to swim in pool plus pentanque playing.       From Renters from Odense denmark June 2013  Rating 5 out of 5.
