Villa Hardy
is available for rental during the period June to September sleeping a maximum of 6 people. The weekly rental is £950 per week in all months except August when the price is £1100 per week. The rental price includes supply of all bedding and a weekly cleaning service. For 2008 we still have vacancies in June, July (some weeks) and September; August is now booked.

On arrival at the Villa, a security deposit of 250 Euros (or £150) will be required to safeguard against damages, breakages etc. This will be returned in full at the end of the stay providing there are no breakages or damage. When making the reservation, £150 should be paid to secure the reservation. The balance is due at least 30 days before the rental commences. For cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival, the £150 is retained by the owners. For cancellations received less than 30 days before arrival, no refund of rental fees is made. We recommend all renters to be in possession of a good travel insurance policy that covers cancellation fees and accidental damage as well as health and theft.
The rental rates include a clean at the end of the rental, maintenance of the pool/garden, electricity, gas and provision of bed linen. Arrival and departure dates are usually Saturday-Saturday but the owners try to be flexible. Because of the low mezzanine balcony and a steep drop over the edge of the garden, the property is not really suitable for toddlers. Please contact the owners for special offers and last minute discounts and winter availability. The villa is a no smoking house and pets are accepted at the owners' discretion. The swimming pool is surrounded by secure gating to comply with recent French legislation aimed at reducing pool accidents. Renters have exclusive use of the property but some additional private rooms in the villa are locked and not available. Rentals are normally from Saturday - Saturday but other arrival and departure dates for guests may be possible--please contact us. On arrival, the proprietors' representative will meet renters at the village car park and guide them to the villa. The representative will be available during the rental period for emergencies or assistance. The representative will also visit the villa during the week to ensure that everything is functioning as it should be.
